麵粉大戰 Flour Fight

最南露營區要有自己的麵包窯了！
從三月二十八號開始，最南義工特訓營即將展開各種有趣的挑戰，而其中一個項目就是造窯。
這也代表說，今年來春吶的朋友們，我們可以來一場麵粉大戰啦～～～！
帶一些麵粉跟食材，來到這邊再打聽一下開爐的時辰、比較適合烤的東西（因為每種東西烤的時間都不太一定），就能享受熱呼呼、剛出爐的披薩、麵包、餅乾，還有各式各樣香噴噴的烘培美食。不過記得，從最南點麵包窯出爐的東西，都不能拿來販賣，但我們鼓勵你把自己所做的食物拿去跟別人交換東西，或者你也可以拿到“交換中心”(也許在春吶服務台旁邊）看有沒有什麼東西可以讓你換。

It's Spring Scream Flour Fight!!! but it might be a different kind of fights from what you're thinking right now. We fight the flour. We punch it, smash it, stretch it, thrash it, squeeze it, hammer it just to get it right to BAKE!!!!
This year we are going to have a wood-fired pizza oven at Spring Scream, and which means you might want to bring some flour and the special ingredients for your handmade bakery at the south point campground!
Ask our staff to know more about the specific time to cook. And remember, any food produced by the south point oven cannot be traded for money, but we encourage you to trade for other food, drinks, a joke, a lesson, a piece of art work...ect., or you can also go to the Trading Post (probably by the info booth) to see if there is anything you can trade with your handmade bakery.

2012龍年春天吶喊之餐具派對 Spring Scream 2012: Bowl Party!

有聽過扮裝派對、內衣派對、高跟鞋派對、制服派對、睡衣派對...，那你有聽過餐具派對嗎？

參加過任何大型活動的朋友對下面的畫面一定不陌生，但這跟人類的公德心已經沒有關係了，只是垃圾真的太多，炸開了，而在這些垃圾堆裡，免洗餐具佔了絕大部份。

There are uniform parties, bra parties, high-heel parties...etc., but have you ever heard of "bowl party"?

If you have been to a big event, you must be familiar with the image below. It is not anyone's fault. There is just too much trash. Obviously disposable utensils are major components. 

享受每個攤位所提供的吃吃喝喝可以說是春吶不可或缺的一環，但我們有沒有辦法在瘋狂的吃喝玩樂過後，還能避免上圖的情況發生呢？我們可以從很多角度來切入這個問題，但我們先不要從“罪惡感”、“地球暖化”、或”更環保“的觀點來說，我們來說說什麼東西讓我們”感覺更棒”。當我們看到、聞到、吃到、喝到美好的東西時，我們很愉快的在享受這整個過程，但是如果吃完喝完之後還可以不用製造一堆垃圾，那就太棒了！

所以，大家在自己的腦中想像一下，如果你在吃吃喝喝的時候，手中不是拿著軟趴趴的紙盤紙碗紙杯，而是你自己帶來的餐具，更能夠享受春吶所帶來美好歡樂、友善環境的氛圍。我們會提供一個舒適的洗滌區和廚餘桶，所以如果你能夠自己帶餐具的話，沒有了用過即丟的免洗餐具，吃剩的東西都變成堆肥還給地球，再用環保洗碗劑把自己的東西洗乾淨，聽起來如何？

去年我們宣布禁用塑膠類免洗餐具，今年我們想要往前再邁進一步，而這需要你的配合。我們不只是在宣導自備餐具這回事，而是慢慢地往“改變使用免洗餐具這個習慣”的方向前進，那除了鼓勵自備餐具之外，我們還能做什麼呢？

首先，我們正在跟春吶攤位協調，請他們提供優惠給自備餐具的朋友。

然後，會場內提供飲用水，你如果有自己的杯子或茶壺就不用煩惱沒水喝啦。

如果你的行李真的是多到塞不下一個碗公，那也沒關係，我們在飲食區內有提供餐具租借或購買的服務，有藝術家手作的陶杯，還有春天吶喊專屬的餐具。更棒的是，我們還能幫你訂做屬於你個人的春天吶喊紀念餐具！

規則 Rule：每天中午十二點以前帶著你自己的餐具到“最南點灶咖”，正午一到，當眾票選。

Enjoying the food and the drinks from the SS stalls is always a pleasant and essential experience of Spring Scream.  It is some of the best market food around!  But how can we cook and eat tons and still avoid the atrocious image above... AND feel good?

Let's talk about feelings; good feelings.  When eating at a festival it feels good to enjoy the whole process of eating: from the buying, seeing and smelling, then sitting with friends on the grass to enjoy each other and bounty before you.  What comes next is delicate conclusion to the dance of the picnic... the final step which needs a little adjustment... the cleanup and disposal.  There are so many ways to look at the reasons for this and there are many ways to talk about it, but we'll try to avoid the "guilt" and "warming" and "green-washing" angles and stick with the "feel good" angle.  Indeed we need to feel good when we eat and then go on our way feeling even better!  The look and feel of the meal, can get another star just by eating on a real plate or bowl.  It just feels better than a soft or flimsy plate or bowl.  But the often overlooked "after meal aperitif" begins when you've finished eating.   Reminding our selves that we are "participating in a paradigm shift away from disposable habits" with each and every thing we don't throw away, food scraps are composted in to soil, and bowls and plates are washed.

We'll do our best to remind you that you can really feel good just knowing that when you finish that great meal, no paper trees or plastic trees were harmed, buried or burnt.  

So your leftovers will go into the compost bin to be turned to soil, and the rest gets washed!  

Spring Scream is trying to do it's part.  Last year, we banned plastic bags and plastic eating utensils from coming into the event.  This year is yet another phase.  We want to do so much more, we want to raise the bar, turn up the volume and do it even better.  One step at a time.  It is going to take everybody's cooperation and participation. 

We would like to do more than only encourage it... we demand it of our selves and want to ask you to demand it of us and your selves too.  These are the choices we all make.

How?

We are asking the stalls to offer a savings for anyone who does not consume disposables.

There will be a place to rinse your stuff! 

Use real plates, bowls, chopsticks!  

     Bring your own dining and drinking utensils.  By the way we will provide free drinking water for those who bring their own bottles.

     Buy a Spring Scream "mess-kit".  We are making to order some gorgeous stainless containers engraved with the Spring Scream images.  These are custom limited edition mess kits that snap closed.  The best lunch box we can find.  Click here to order one.

      Borrow.  We will have some utensils for use in the food court to give you that better eating experience.

So we're gonna have a "bowl party" !!!

It's open to any one who brings their own mess-kit.  Spruce it up!  Give it that special feeling.  Make it a 5 star dining experience!

Bring your own mess-kits and dining spread to the "South Point Kitchen" before noon.  One dining or mess-kit will be chosen by vote at 12 o'clock noon everyday.  Winner is treated to a complimentary organic meal from the South Point Kitchen!

春吶義工募集中! Volunteers wanted at Spring Scream!

今年春吶我們希望能有更多的義工投入我們的行列，因為今年我們要做更多好玩的事情。
除了正規的音樂季公定時間4/4~4/8，從3/28開始，我們將陸續進行今年春吶的前置作業。意思就是說，嘿嘿，提前來跟我們一起做工的朋友們，可以先來暖一下自己的身體，激發自己的創意。
＊今年特別好玩的任務有些什麼呢?
任務一：協助漂流木藝術家Handolu製作漂流木創作
任務二：廚藝訓練營
任務三：最南點之窯，我們打算在最南點蓋一座麵包窯！

達可與豪哥的環島最南行

達可與豪哥是對感情很好的母子檔，繼2011年終結日後，再度踏上最南點的土地。達可（Duck）最近重拾畫筆，每天與水彩玩，充滿熱情；豪哥，恩，只有小學三年級，外號“大福神”，看到他你會突然覺得衣索比亞的小孩真的很可憐。聽到他的笑聲再捏一下他臉頰上兩顆紅潤渾圓的大肉球，你會覺得所有的煩惱都被他震動、抖動厲害的肉體給甩掉了。

他們這次的造訪意義非常之重大，因為他們以達可的一大片壁畫與豪哥隨性揮灑拼貼亂搞的創作，換到最南露營區三個夜晚的食宿、體驗自然的生活、自在創作的氣氛、學校學也學不到的東西、還有一大堆“呵～呵～哈哈～嘿嘿～厚厚厚～嘻嘻～ㄏㄧㄏㄧ～啊～～～～！！！”。最重要的還是我們一起分享了生活中愉快的體驗，一起做了些好玩的事情啊！
