民國100年元旦臺灣最早日出

中央氣象局指出，明年適逢民國100年，在這具有特別意義的新年度，元旦當天迎接第1個日出將會是部份民眾安排的活動項目，中央氣象局為服務民眾及應觀光旅遊及早規劃行程之需，特預整理100年元旦東部地區景點的日出時刻，提供民眾參考。

臺灣平地該日最早日出的地點在蘭嶼，日出時刻為6時33分；其次為綠島，日出時刻為6時34分。在臺灣本島平地部分，則以屏東墾丁的「龍磐公園」及台東成功的「三仙台」2處最早，同時於6時35分日出。至於北臺灣則以臺北縣貢寮鄉的三貂角最早，日出時刻為6時37分。其餘各地100年元旦之日出時刻詳見下表。

中央氣象局另提及，元旦當天是否能看見日出，與當時之天氣狀況有關。該日之天氣預報則須待今年12月下旬後才有能力研判。

The First Sunrise Time of 2011 in Taiwan

Taipei, Taiwan--July 30, 2010- Taking into consideration that greeting the first sunrise will be one of the most prized enjoyment in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Republic of China, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) provided the public time of the sunrise on 2011 New Year’s Day at major scenic spots in eastern Taiwan area as the table blow (all time is given in local time.)

The earliest sunrise would occur in Lanyu at 6:33 a.m., followed by Ludao at 6:34 a.m. For Taiwan main island, the first one takes place at Kenting in Pingtung County and Sanxiantai in Taitung County, both would be at 6:35 a.m. As for northern Taiwan, Sandiaojiao in Taipei County takes the lead, at 6:37 a.m.

The CWB added that whether the New Year’s sunrise can be visible depends on weather conditions on that day, which will not be available until late December due to forecast abilities to date.
